Every projector we ship has already run for at least four hours on the bench.
We set each unit up the way you will — lamp on, fans running, colour wheel spinning, every input tried and the remote checked. Four hours is long enough for the faults that only show once the electronics are warm to show up here, with us, instead of in your room.
30-day warranty
If a projector arrives faulty, or fails within 30 days of delivery, send it back to us. We will repair it, exchange it, or refund you — whichever you would rather have. There is no restocking fee.
Changed your mind
Return it within 30 days in the same condition it reached you, with everything that came in the box, and we will refund the purchase. No restocking fee here either.
What the warranty does not cover
Damage from misuse, drops or liquid; lack of reasonable care; power surges, lightning or other force majeure; and any repair attempted by a service centre we did not authorise.
